Memory Tag!!

OK, so i don't usually do stuff like this, so your comments better be good! :)

1. Add a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you. If you don't want to play on your blog, or if you don't have a blog, I'll leave my memory of you in my comments. I can't wait to see what people remember.

hahaha i'm laughing already. i was actually thinking about this the other day, and laughing. okay it was when jason and i were newlyweds and we lived like 2 apartments away from you. our one month wedding anniversary fell on valentine's day, so i was at home in my sexy lingerie (covered up by my little red robe), and you came over and knocked on my door. I don't think I was expecting anyone but jason, so i answered the door, and we just started laughing. and the best part is that you weren't even bashful about it, and came in anyways to get whatever it was you needed. that's why i love you! you're so funny! i miss living close enough to walk over...

Hmmm, you had good ones! I remember all of those, but I dont think that I could have just pulled them out of my brain like you do. My memories always get lost until someone reminds me of them. I have to think of a good one. I'll get back to you.

Ok, I have decided that I am going to try and pull some out of my brain, which know is hard for me. (This is why I am a journal writer dang it.) One memory that still makes me smile is when you were getting on the bus at the MTC and you did that funny walk (I have no idea where you got it) in front of everyone, LOVE it. When we called you China Woman when you died your hair black. Rigby Boys :) The stink bomb memory was the best!! I had totally forgot about that. They finally barged the door down and the entire apartment complex ganged up on us and threw BUCKETS of water on us. There was no hope. and yes, we were in there FOREVER! OK, the exlax cookies was pretty funny too. And that kid didnt show up to your class and you thought you had killed him because he had eaten so many! (I am laughing my head of as I write this) THat was good one! Ha!
THis is long sorry.
A nicer memory is how you have always been there for me. Through boyfriends and missionaries, you would always leave me a note or a snack to bring me up when I was down. Thanks.

HAHA... well my memory starts a lot younger than others... I remember mostly bad things that happened that were hilarious! I remember when you and I were fighting, running after each other and somehow you scratched my back(which I still have a scar from!). I also remember giving you a bad scar on your forehead from the stupid red stepstool in the living room. I remember that walk you used to do when we were hiking... it only worked when going downhill. I also rememeber that totally RAD dance that you did with Emily and Kelsey Kemper. If my memory serves right, you did the running man, the splits, and back walkovers in the same 8 counts! (Check out the family videos for that one) Wow... I am laughing my head off! Miss you sis! You sure are a funny girl.

I think I have too many, rightfully, so I get to share two. Of course we who knew Dana at about age 10 remember the goggly eyed face she made with flared nose and batted eyelashes! You were so silly back then. Another thing engrained in my brain was when we bleached your hair with hydrogen peroxide! Whoooowee, that was pretty. :)

Dana, Rosanna, banana, I think I will pull one from your baby days, it's still hard to pick... too many! First I remember you reading your little pink Cinderella book. We have it on tape somewhere. Blah, blah dah, dah cinder-ELLA!blah, blah. Sooo cute. The other is when you got fed up with Lauren and bit her on the arm, you were always so mild mannered (really) it caught us by surprise.
As a big girl, I remember how sweet my proud feelings were as I watched you walk away at the MTC. (You did do that silly walk) A spiritual giant in a tiny little body. You make me proud every day. I love you, Mom

I am lucky and have memories from elementary days :) Remember having sleep overs? Brooke Bevan's house, Kelsey Kempers...you name it. Of course Mauldin's. Remember our dance "candy kisses"???? We thought we were so cool sitting on the teenage boys' laps? LAME-O! But oh so cute to the audience, right? And of course cheerleading...so fun!!! Miss you :(

One memory...I think you and Brandon had just broke up (or maybe it was right before)... anyway, we went to drop of the delicious banana bread you made than knock and run. Well, it didn't quite work out that way. Come to find out there had been a burglary in the neighborhood and we got followed in the car by the neighbors. Than we tried to knock and run again and than they called the cops so we decided that was enough and felt so bad that we gave them the banana bread instead.

Others...all of our smelly gifts we would leave in eachothers bed. 501. Being totally crazy and goofy. Riding in the tractor with Russ (thanks by the way for introducing me to him. I am eternally grateful!). Or riding in the tractor that one night with Russ when all the other girls went with the other Rigby guys to the drive-in and they all had a lousy time. yeah, we were the life of the party! The date when you went with mitch and Russ and I went together (our real official first date) and than we went out into the grain field and Russ told us a scary story and we were all sitting there in the dead silence and Russ let out a little toot and I covered for him by saying it was me and Mitch actually thought it was me for months after until Russ corrected him. When you were working in the bookstore I would ALWAYS walk through it to find you because I am always happy when I am with you. You gave me my first highlights. And so much more that I am sure I will think about as soon as I get off the computer.

I love you so much Dana! You have always been such a good friend to me.
