So we went to this great park.. the geese were SO scary and started nipping at us. I am thinking of trying this as my new hairdo.. what do you think? Windblown 80's theme... it's coming back isn't it??
Maddie had this carrot in her mouth for such a long time... don't you think her jaw would get sore? It was so cute!

That park is so fun, but the geese ARE freaky! and huge! They just keep creeping in closer and closer until you start imagining that they really could take you down.

whoa...another blog. Way to go rosanna banana dana. Looks nice. Can't wait to see lots of pics of your new homestead. Pretty soon everyone will be saying..."what did we ever do without blogs?" (also, cell phones, computers, texting...we wrote a letter and mailed it! Wow, that seems like a couple of lifetimes ago. By the way, where did they come up with the funkadoodle name 'blog'? I know I get blogged down with keeping up with blogs. But, they're great. Sure beats waiting for a letter in the mail once a month!

Finally! Not that it bothered me to check on you on the family blog, but I'm so glad to see you get started. It will be fun to watch your house go up, and see what new adventures you guys get up to this summer. I'm so glad that you got to visit Lauren, the next big discovery needs to be a way to transport ourselves quickly from place to place. It would have been great to all be together for conference. I would have enjoyed the sunshine, not to mention Maddie's sunny smile.

Dana... I miss you! We'd be getting together tomorrow and I think I might cry a little. We are in KC til tomorrow and then we'll finally be in Memphis. We miss you guys so much! ITs hard to not have family around wanting to take Emrie from me... I might go crazy without a break from her. Love you!
